Hello, I’m Pippa.
My name is actually Phillippa, most call me Pippa, but any variation on the theme works; people call me Pip, Pipster etc… I’m quite difficult to offend.
I am mum to two cheeky boys, and two lovely rescue dogs. We live in South Benfleet and feel absolutely spoilt with some of the beautiful parks and scenery in the area, living a stone’s throw from the lovely downs, and the Olympic mountain biking park.
I love long walks on warm beaches, ideally in the Maldives, but Canvey Island usually serves. If I had to choose a tipple I’m a gin girl, and also love coffee, liquorice and mango.
My favourite local places to visit are:
Cafe - It has to be Cafe Max in South Benfleet! Apart from being walking distance from our house, the food is amazing, and they have a lovely outdoor seating area that welcomes dogs.
Walking Spot - We spend a lot of time up at Hadleigh Country Park, we park near The Hub Cafe and enjoy a coffee and get the dogs a sausage after our walk, too!
Kid's Day Out - My son has an annual pass for 360 Play Basildon. It's great because he can tire himself out in a safe environment whilst I sip a latte and reply to some emails!
Takeaway - Benfleet Chinese Takeaway is the one for me! The food is always on point and they also do Quorn.
