Your experience with Vesta begins from the minute you pick up the phone to register with us. We’ll ask a few questions but let you do the talking; understanding you and what you want and need from your home is the most important thing, so we want to get this right from your very first call.
We’ll take you through the properties we have for sale that we think would suit you, we may throw a wild card in here and there, but hear us out, it might be an option you haven’t thought of yet!
To help us understand you and your requirements best we will chat to you about the following:
- Reason for your property purchase
- Your budget
- How you are financing your purchase
- Your wants and needs
- Area requirements
We then take a few personal details and book the viewing at a convenient time. Once you have viewed the property we will contact you to find out how you feel the property meets your criteria, it’s just as important for us to find out why a property isn’t suitable to help us understand how we could better match you to future properties.
If the property ticks your boxes and you would like to proceed we look at 2nd viewings, answering any questions you might have and then negotiating with the seller to agree a purchase price.
You then have access to our recommended conveyancers and we’ll help you to source quotes from other solicitors before issuing your memorandum of sale. We believe it’s the sales progression that makes an estate agency great, so we dedicate time and energy into making sure we are communicating between buyer, seller and both solicitors.
Lastly, is our favourite part, we get the amazing job of handing you your keys on move in for you to start your new adventure.
