We will list your property, conduct viewings, find and comprehensively reference your tenant, protect the deposit, draw up all the necessary paperwork and oversee the move.

- Full Inventory arrangement - £145 up to 2 bedrooms / £180 for 3-4 bedrooms / £210 for 5-6 bedrooms
Full Management Package
Our fully managed package. We take care of all landlord obligations, and you have as much involvement as you wish to have. Sit back, relax, and let your investment do the work for you. Friendly advice and guidance offered whenever you need us.
- A one off fee of £695
- Full Inventory arrangement - £145 up to 2 bedrooms / £180 for 3-4 bedrooms / £210 for 5-6 bedrooms
- 10% of the monthly rent per month, which includes our zero excess Rent Guarantee Service.
